Cade Black Overview
Like the natural world, Cade Black products are sensually lawless and wildly creative – and get away with both due to the integrity of the ingredients and creation methods. Be it the handmade process through which leaves are harvested for incense or the provenance of the alcohol in the botanical mists, Cade Black doesn’t settle for anything less than the most ethical sources available. Cade Black approaches the creation of its botanical scents as an art unto itself, one inspired as much by the inherent beauty of plant geometry as by the creative genius of other makers – be they an enologist monitoring the fermentation of organic grapes for the producing wine or the poetic furniture designer whose sawdust can be repurposed in blending incense.
This means Cade Black products are free from phthalates, synthetic fragrance or colors, parabens, triclosan, petroleum bioproducts, or palm oil to name a few.
Just as importantly, Cade Blake embraces the animal inside us all, which means no products contain animal ingredients (ambergris, musk pods, civet, and castoreum).
From botanical ingredients like neroli and vetiver oil to juniper oxycedras, Cade Black knows nothing can be more seductive and transportive than that mined from planet earth.
